Beluga has a reputation for being one of the most exclusive caviars in the world. It has a distinctive profile that cannot be found anywhere else, thanks to it's large, soft eggs that are typically a lighter grey with fascinating marble effects. It has a creamy, soft and buttery texture that lingers in the mouth. Typically  the eggs are over 3mm in size.Unlike some other Belugas on the market, ours is sourced exclusively from the Persian Huso Huso Sturgeon and not a hybrid variety. Despite being known to be one of the most expensive caviars in the world, our Beluga is extremely good value for money.
