Q. How do I pay?
A. We support Master Card, Visa and American Express.
Q. How are orders delivered?
A. Items are delivered by our own fleet of refrigerated vehicles.
Q. When will I receive my delivery?
A. Your order will be delivered within the requested time slot. Our customer service team will confirm this with you. Next day delivery is assured for all orders processed before 3PM. We are off on fridays and on National Holidays.
Q. Is there a delivery fee?
A. There is no delivery charge for orders above BD20. Purchase amounts below BD20 are subject to a BD5 fee.
Q. How do I ensure my product remains fresh?
A. Fresh product like fish, meat, fruits and vegetables need to be refrigerated immediately after delivery. Check your items on delivery and report any concerns immediately. We can not accept returned items once delivered.
Q. Can I return items if I no longer require them?
A. Due to the delicacy of our products we are unable to accept returns. In the case that we are at fault, the goods will be collected immediately and appropriate reparations made.
Q. What if products I have ordered are out of stock at the time of delivery?
A. If you have paid for any item, which is out of stock at the time of delivery, we will suggest a future date for you to receive the product. If a time can not be agreed upon, we shall refund you the value of the undelivered item.
Q. Can I save my orders for future purchase?
A. Yes. Log In to your account and click on the "My Orders" page. All your past selections will appear from which you can quickly re-order.
Q. Is the meat supplied by Fine Foods Gourmet Halal certified?
A. Yes, all of our meat is Halal certified. Fine Foods Gourmet complies with all standards outlined by Bahrain law.
