INGREDIENTS
1 cup Elle & Vire Whipping Cream
1 cup LatBri Mascarpone cheese
2-3 Tbs sugar, to taste
2-3 tsp apple juice
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup strong cold coffee
about 7 oz (200 g) Saviordi Bisquits
cocoa, for dusting
PREPARATION:
Whip whipping cream, sugar, apple juice and vanilla. Add 1 cup Mascarpone cheese and wisk. Dip enough Saviordi Biscuits in a cup of cold coffee to cover the base of a square dish (6x9inches, 4 cups volume). Add a part of the cream mixture and level out. Repeat layers 1 or 2 times, ending with the cream. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Dust with cocoa. Enjoy!
